To qualify for services through COA you must be a Wexford County resident 60 years of age or older.
A fee is charged for all non-millage funded services under the Silver Care program. To set up services, contact the Wexford County Council on Aging. A "prescreen" telephone
interview will be conducted by an intake staff member. By appointment, a COA nurse will come to your home to get acquainted,
discuss your needs, and help decide upon appropriate arrangements and services. A suggested donation letter will be sent to
you monthly for all millage funded services that you receive.
